Under the Skin

Barcelona 1924. Isabel, a twenty-three years young lady, will see how her life changes inexorably. Her father just passed away and she and her mother have to seatle as darners at home to earn some money. But Isabel is young and rebel: she wants to run away from that sad and boring home, get a proper job, and enjoy the vitality that she finds in the streets of a tumultuos Barcelona facing the Second Republic. As time passes by, Isabel will be rewarded for her tenacity but fate is written down and not all dreams can always be fullfilled.
