A brief and forceful book to avoid stress and live a slower, deeper and fuller life. In short, a better life.
Our hands have allowed us to evolve as a species (making fire, cooking, making pottery and jars, crafts, music and gardening...), but now it seems that the digital world has invaded everything, and we have no longer the time nor the inclination to do anything: everything we do is through remote controls. Our hands press buttons, but no longer sew a button. Reusing our hands would help us to reconcile ourselves with nature and making us, perhaps, a little happier.
A book to reuse our hands again and survive the era of digital immediacy and “I am very busy” excuses.
