A true story of how to overcome adversity and, when all seems impossible, keep pushing forward to the point of facing titanic challenges.

On April 14, 2015, Jeremias Mateo and his friend Salvi Martín suffered a terrible accident while climbing the Tacul Triangle, a 4,248-meter peak in the Alps. Salvi died on the spot and Jere, despite his serious injuries, survived. After a month in a coma in a hospital in France and a year at the Guttmann Neurorehabilitation Institute, he had to learn to live with the physical and mental consequences of the accident. Despite the fact that he does not remember anything, he lives with the fear that a mistake of his had caused the death of his friend. He started going to the pool as part of his rehabilitation and there he met Maria, a coach of differently abled swimmers who would change his life.

First in the pool and then in the sea, Jere has discovered that being able to swim 50 kilometers fighting against waves, jellyfish and the cold is not always success; and quitting after doing half a pool is not always failure.

An incredible story of strength that shows how pain can be transformed into energy and a driving force to achieve new challenges.
